At Cairn Brewing, it’s all about being a neighborhood brewery and taproom-where you can bring your family and relax with your neighbors and friends. So, for our 2nd anniversary, we’re making it a neighborly kickoff to summer!
Celebrate our 2nd year with us over Memorial Day Weekend--May 24-28! Here’s the line-up:
Thursday:
It’s bottle release day! We’ll offer three beers in 22oz bottles for your drinking pleasure! Our Red Sunshine Saison will debut—a pomegranate-infused riff on our Sunshine Saison! And, we’re bringing back the Big Bad Bunny, our barrel-aged Big Buck Bunny Brown! Neither of these beers is on tap so this bottle release is your best shot at them. We’re also offering our Trail Duck IIPA—always a great beer to share over a holiday weekend. The The Vet Chef will be here serving up Mexi-Cali loveliness 4-8pm!
Friday:
It’s a “Hoppy Friday” and we’ll set the tone with releases of HopTraverse #12 featuring CTZ hops—and an encore of HopTraverse #3 featuring Citra. Both are brewed using a grain bill of NZ 151 from our friends at Skagit Valley Malting. Our friends at Macho Burgers will be serving up burgers, tots and their amazing Southern Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich 330-8pm!
Saturday:
It’s Lager Day at Cairn! We’re releasing TWO lagers—introducing our Sammamish River Rye with a spicy kick and the Masskrugstemmen Marzen , the latest beer in our brewing project with Micro Homebrew. Alaskan Dumplings will be serving up their piroshkies 3-8pm!
Sunday:
It’s small -batch day! We’ll release The Chosen One, a Belgian golden strong ale, and part of our continuing partnership with Micro Homebrew. 10oz pours only, no fills. Gemini Fish Too wll be here serving up fish & chips, crab cake sandwiches and those amazing fish tacos! 2-7pm
Monday:
Sit back and relax—and let the summer unfold! And, if you can stand one more beer release, come in and enjoy the Sippy Cup, our New England IPA in all its juicy glory! Taqueria Toñita here 1-7pm. You have to try their shrimp tostada!
And, we will open up a limited number of Mug Club memberships! Details in the brewery.
