Join the fun at our annual Chilifest! Taste up to 15 pots of chili, raise money/food for the Northshore Senior Center Food Programs, and watch the chefs compete for prizes!

Our distinguished panel of judges will be awarding categories of Mr. Meaty, The Green Bean, Judge's Choice, The Burnt Spoon and more. There's also a People's Choice award that is selected by those attending.

The event is free to attend, but we encourage you to bring food or cash donations for our charity.  For every $1 or nonperishable food item you donate, you get one vote for the People's Choice award -- all proceeds benefit the Northshore Senior Center Food Programs!

So bring a few bucks/food and your appetite!

The Northshore Senior Center serves over 6,000 older adults and people with disabilities in our community each year, and over 63% of these individuals are low-income. Northshore Senior Center has a long-history of addressing hunger through our Community Dining Program, Meals and Wheels, and a limited food distribution program. As the need for additional food support continues to grow, we are grateful for the opportunity to expand the food resources available to the older adults and disabled adults we serve, and all food items collected through the Chili Fest will go directly to these individuals in need.
