Essential Oils. You’ve heard a lot about them and maybe now is the time to begin to explore what’s out there and how to bring them into your life!
In this workshop we will review the basics about the benefits (and safety aspects) of essential oils. Then, we will look at which E.O.’s are extra beneficial in the cold and darker months of winter to support you physically and mentally as well as bring warmth & coziness and add to your self-care routine.
