Volunteer at Saturday SummerFest Event
Volunteer at the Saturday SummerFest, Saturday Aug 20th.
To make this large community event run smoothly, we need volunteers!
NEW ARRIVAL TIME FOR SHIFT 1 IF YOU ARE ABLE -11:00am arrival, 10:30am would be a wonderful bonus!
Shift 1- 10:30/11:00a-1:00p; Directing cars, helping vendors unload/get to their booths, putting up signage etc.
Shift 2- 12:30p-2:00p; Directing cars out of event, helping vendors unload/get to their booths, answering questions at Info Booth/Chamber Table and walk arounds
Shift 3- 2:00p-3:30p; Info Booth, Chamber Table and walk arounds
Shift 4- 3:30/4:00p-5:00p; Info Booth, Chamber Table and helping direct cars for booth access for loading and vendors clear out, (no tent take down needed, professional cleaners for garbage etc. arriving at 4:30p)
