Saturday, Dec. 14th will be the Holiday Wine, Beer & Spirits Walk on Main Street Bothell, event time 5:00 - 8:30PM.
Wear fun holiday attire or your best ugly holiday sweater.
This is a great opportunity to have fun, spend time with Chamber members, support the local businesses and meet & greet with over 300 attendees.
Of course, as a volunteer you will receive free access to the event and tasting tickets before and/or after your shift.
Please consider one of the following shifts:
Pre-Shift 1: 3:30-5:00 PM
Help carry varied items from Chamber office to Check-In location, set up check-in tables & stations, hang signs outdoors around event, set out A-Boards around the event. (Suggested to be able to lift up to 40lbs.)
Shift 1: 4:30-6:30 PM (FULL)
You may be asked to help set up check-in station, hang signs, hand out maps, 'check-in' attendees with rosters, tickets and wrist bands, help sell additional tasting tickets during the event, generally hang out at the registration area to answer questions and may be stationed outdoors to answer questions and give directions.
Shift 2: 6:30-8:30 PM (we need 2-4 people)
You may be asked to be stationed indoors or outdoors to hand out maps or help sell additional tasting tickets and/or help at the check in area with wine and beer bottle sales towards the end, help with the ?put away? process and generally hang out at the registration area to be available.
Our Check-in will be at First & Main Design Market and there will be lots of standing (though there will be chairs available). Please dress weather appropriate with comfortable shoes. Bring a jacket- some volunteer stations are outdoors; we rotate. Volunteer lanyards will be provided, but please feel free to wear your nametag, business/logo shirt etc. as well.
