MENU Amuse:Bacon Wrapped Date with malbec-maple reduction Cioppino: white wine based seafood stew with clams, mussels, cod, halibut, prawns, tomato, and fennel Caesar Salad: crisp romaine lettuce tossed with freshly grated parmesan, house-made dressing and paleo croutons Chicken Piccata: chicken breast seared and simmered in sauce of white wine, lemon, artichoke, capers, and butter served over zucchini noodles Osso Bucco: lamb shank braised in red wine served over parsnip puree with rich red wine sauce Chocolate Panna Cotta: delicate dessert of coconut milk sweetened with maple syrup and served with malbec-maple reduction, honey chantilly cream, toasted coconut flakes, and cacao nibs
