Tucked away in old town Bothell, a walkable neighborhood teaming with local art, culture and food, the artfully handcrafted kro bär has been reclaimed from the bones of Bothell’s historic hardware store in the Mohn building. The 16-foot-high tin ceilings, a hanging cat walk and the original wood floors were uncovered and restored.
The kro bär is an eclectic bar with a speakeasy vibe and a passion for spirits that nods to another era. There are a couple of local beers on tap, but the atmosphere at kro bär is inarguably one that is conducive to craft cocktails & wine. For a place this small, a menu of more than 25 gins is impressive. Feeling adventurous? Ask the mixologist to make you something to fit your mood. The kro bär provides a connection between fine spirits, food and friendly faces.
