About Us

LightHeart Mental Health has been deeply rooted in the Seattle area for over 10 years. We are committed to providing high-quality services free from stigma or bias so that everyone has an equal opportunity for access to care. At our clinics located throughout Seattle, we offer a full suite of personalized mental health services, including therapy, psychiatry, and medication management. Our clinical team includes licensed and unlicensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinical support team members who provide services to children, adolescents, and adults. 

We believe access to quality mental health care is a right, not a privilege and are dedicated to connecting clients to care in a way that works for their individual needs. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, so clients can focus on healing rather than logistics.
